TUdi releases first interview with the Chinese coordinator of the project

During TUdi’s annual meeting in Yangling, China in June 2023, the coordinator from the Chinese side of the project, Prof. Xiaoping Zhang (Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University), participated in an interview to talk about the challenges and measures of reversing soil degradation in China. 

Professor Zhang mentioned the background of TUdi in China, the goals of the project and the progress that has been made so far. 

Furthermore, Professor Zhang talked about the best ways to control soil erosion at the Loess Plateau, where the interview was filmed, the specifications of the soil in that region, as well as the development of digital tools to support farmers and their land management.
